Hello, my name is Joe Staltare and I am the owner of Complete Care Systems.  I have over 20 years experience in residential and commercial carpet and floor care. Originally from New York, I owned and operated East Coast Cleaning Corp. for 12 years before deciding to move to Florida with my family.  As a business owner I take pride in every service I offer.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

My wife Tricia, runs the office and also ran our company in NY.  You will always get a pleasant voice on the phone willing to answer your questions and book your appointment.

And we are excited to announce that our son, Joe Jr., has joined the company full-time and is helping out in both the field and the office.
