Preparing For Your Service

Thank you for scheduling your service with Complete Care Systems!  Below is a brief checklist that will help you prepare for our arrival.

NOTE: You are always welcome to call or text us at 727-364-5158 with any questions or to schedule additional work to be done while we are in your home.

  • Please tell your technician about any furniture that may need special care, i.e weak legs, fragile etc that we will need to move.
  • Please remove any knick-knacks or breakables on furniture you would like moved.
  • Please pick up any small items such as children’s toys, pet toys, clothing from the floors.
  • If possible, moving small items such as dining chairs, ottoman, lamps etc will help us work more efficiently. We will be happy to move larger furniture such as sofas, love seats, recliners etc.
  • We normally edge and clean around larger furniture that is too heavy to move such as entertainment centers, dining room hutches, book cases and bedroom furniture. In some cases, we can clean under a small distance if the furniture is elevated on legs. Either way your home will look great when we are finished!
  • We LOVE pets – but they may not like us or our equipment. Sometimes an otherwise calm pet may become frightened when “introduced” to our equipment. Please be aware that your door will remain open a few inches during your service to allow for our hoses to be brought into your home.
  • If possible, please have an outside spicket available.
  • Once your service is complete, please turn on ceiling fans to help speed up the drying process.

Does Scotchgard really work? Here’s a few reasons we recommend 3M Scotchgard.

  • Easier care for you – Spots and spills will remove more easily and will create far fewer permanent stains.
  • Carpet and Upholstery stays looking newer longer and increases carpet life.
  • Better appearance – greatly reduces ugly traffic areas.

A special note about odors: We do everything possible to remove or eliminate pet odors with our normal cleaning process. However, due to depth of contamination, 100% success may not be attainable. We do offer odor treatments above our regular cleaning processes. Please discuss with your technician if you think you require additional odor treatment.

 

That’s all there is to enjoy beautiful, bright, sparkling fresh carpets, upholstery, laminate floors, tile and grout. If you will not be home during the cleaning, please leave a note with any special concerns. We look forward to serving you!
